Gridnine Systems' methodology is a project process framework based on XP programming and Rational Unified Process (RUP), whichever the client desires. Our methodology has been designed to increase productivity and to ensure high quality results in our delivered solutions. The iterative approach makes it easier to adapt to changes, which is especially useful when developing complex, integrated systems where requirements evolve over time.

An iterative development method also makes it possible to gradually build a solution by adding functionality in each iteration step and to include all the development work in the final solution.

To further enhance the quality of our work, we have initiated an ISO9001:2000 certification project together with Det Norske Veritas (DNV). This certification is expected to be completed by December, 2007.
